CAREPRIDE LIMITED provides home support and domiciliary care service helping with all the tasks and support listed on our services page. We are able to offer a range of services tailored to your needs. Our service is centred on truly personal approach and a commitment to quality and we believe that our clients deserve to receive professional support at home. We work hard to establish ourselves as the provider of choice striving to make everyday a better day.

Established in August 2011, Carepride is a family run business which is managed by the owners who have a combined extensive knowledge of over 20 years in caring for the elderly in their privately owned care homes. Our dedicated managers will work closely with you to help you make the right decision according to your required needs.

You may need help with just one or a combination of several services; daily, weekly or on a temporary basis we are able to provide a flexible service based on your requirements.  We cover Bristol, south Glos, yate……………. And surrounding area

Our office is situated on the high street in the busy town of Staple Hill. We  are open five days a week.

We ensure all our carefully selected care staff shares our commitments to provide professional support to individuals at home. We thoroughly check the references and previous employment history of each new employee and obtain a full enhance DBS (Police) check. Our staff goes through an extensive induction process and the Care Quality Commission regulatory requirements prior to commencing any care provision.

Aim and objectives of our service


To deliver a high quality domiciliary service to people in Bristol and surrounding areas, which respects, promotes and meets wherever possible assessed need


Treat staff and those who use our service with dignity, respect and sensitivity

Recognise and wherever possible respond to individually assessed needs, giving first priority to those who are at most risk.

This includes:

- Treating every person with dignity, regardless of their Circumstances

- Promoting independence in choice of service delivery and daily activity

- Enabling individuals with disability or illness, to remain at  home in a safe and comfortable living environment

- Providing domiciliary care services, which are flexible and responsive to the needs of individuals and their carers

Adopt best practices and maintain high standards in our work

Work in partnership with the public and other agencies, to help provide better service

Encourage people to comment about the strengths and Shortcomings of our services, and ensure that we learn from these

Keep the public informed of developments and changes, which may have implications for the provision of services to them.
