We aim to provide a support service that help to maintain independence whilst at the same time allowing our clients to live as full and as active a life as possible.The following provides an outline of the services that we can offer, however we treat each our client individually and we will work with you to tailor a programme to meet your own needs

  • Meal Management (Preparation of cold and hot food)
  • Emergency call out (24 hour help line for any assistance needed).

  • Domestic Tasks: ( laundry service and cleaning service)
  • Accompanied Visits( Doctor, Hospital Social outing)
  • Sitting services

 Personal Care-
In pursuit of the best possible care we will produce, regularly review and update individual care plan for each service user to cover all aspects of their care needs.
Following a full assessment of the service users care needs, the availability and nature of the domiciliary support needed is established. Where Community Support Services are able to meet an individual’s need, a risk assessment and summary of care need is completed before the programmed care is commence.
Community Support Services offer a wide variety of domiciliary services, including personal care, supervision and support to:

  • People with a mental health illness
  • People with a physical disability
  • People with a learning disability
  • Older people who are physically frail
  • People with sensory loss

We are aware that our staff will always play the key role in service user’s welfare. To maximise this contribution, we will properly vet all personnel employed and ensure that all staff are properly trained for the tasks required.
Health Care Assistants receive a comprehensive induction program, based on person centered care. They complete all mandatory training, such as first aid, Sova, Manual Handling, Infection control, Health and safety, Medication. They also complete specialist training such as dementia care, Mental Health Awareness.We ensure all our staff undertakes QCF level 2 and 3 and the eight common induction standards.   We provide the above service to our elderly clients, adults with physical disabilities, mental health and terminal illnesses. Sometimes when someone has been released from hospital after illness or an operation, they will contact us for short term help until they are feeling fit enough to regain their old lifestyle.
